We are a small, local business. We collect only what we need to help your family, we never sell your information to anyone, and we do not run advertising trackers on this website. If you ever want to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, call us and we will take care of it.
Harmony Family Concierge LLC ("Harmony," "we," "us") is a non-medical, non-clinical care coordination service based in Pleasanton, California, serving families across the Tri-Valley. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website, our advertising, and our work with clients.

Nothing. This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology. We do not know who visits, how many people visit, or what pages they read. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability, as all web hosts do.
The consultation form on our contact page does not send data to us over the internet. It opens your own email program with a message already written, which you then choose to send or discard. Nothing reaches us unless you press send, and nothing is stored on this website at any point.
If you fill in a form attached to one of our ads, Meta Platforms collects your name, phone number, email address, and your answers to our questions, and passes them to us. Meta's own handling of that information is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy, not by this one. Once we receive it, we treat it exactly as described below. We use it to contact you about a consultation — nothing else.
We keep what you tell us: your name, contact details, and the details of your family's situation that you choose to share so we can understand whether we can help.
Our intake process collects more detailed information, which may include your relative's contact details, emergency contacts, appointment schedules, pharmacy and prescription details, insurance information, the names of professionals on their care team, and preferences about their daily routine. We collect this because it is not possible to coordinate someone's appointments and errands without it. We collect only what the work requires.
We share the minimum necessary, and only in these situations:
Coordinating care means we sometimes learn things about a person's health, mobility, or memory. We treat all of it as confidential and discuss it only with people you have authorized.
To be clear about what we are not: Harmony is not a healthcare provider and is not a HIPAA covered entity. We do not provide medical or nursing care, and we do not hold medical records. Our confidentiality commitment is contractual and ethical rather than a matter of health-privacy law.
If you contact us and do not become a client, we keep your enquiry for up to twelve months, then delete it. For clients, we keep records for the duration of our agreement and for seven years afterwards, which is the retention period our insurance and tax obligations require. You may ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep.
Client records are kept in password-protected, encrypted storage on devices secured with strong authentication. Paper documents are kept in a locked location. Sindhu is the only person with access. We limit what we collect in the first place, which is the most effective protection there is.
California residents may ask us to tell them what personal information we hold about them and where it came from, correct anything inaccurate, delete it (subject to the retention periods above), and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information — though we do neither. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Our services are for adults. This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting current clients will be communicated directly.
